1. Scope

These terms govern the use of humanize.ai, operated by FollowerX GmbH.

2. Service

humanize.ai is an AI-assisted writing and style tool. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and using them. We do not guarantee any particular result, in particular not regarding third-party AI detection tools.

3. Credits and prices

1 credit equals 1 word of submitted text. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. All prices include VAT.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. It expires early for digital content once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, i.e. once credits are used.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe third-party rights, for deception in examinations or for spam. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
